The neighborhood

Summerhill — founded 1865, one of Atlanta's oldest neighborhoods.

Hosted the 1996 Olympic opening and closing ceremonies at Centennial Olympic Stadium. The warmup track on the Cheney parcel is the surviving Olympic legacy asset at this site.
